Fans deserve a fairer and more flexible way to experience the music they love…
I can never get to the gigs I want, they always seem to sell out
There's nothing more frustrating than missing out on tickets to the events you want to see, and we understand this better than anyone else. We personalise our newsletters and provide artist notifications so you are always on the pulse with the events you care about, as well as providing waiting lists for sold out shows so you get the ticketsyou want
I should be rewarded for my loyalty
Being music fans ourselves, we understand how particular it is and that you don't want to be bombarded with information about events you're not interested. Our app provides push notifications when events with artists you like come on sale near you, as well as a weekly personalised newsletter. The app also has hundred of booking fee free tickets, enabling loyal customers to spend less getting access to the music they love.
Why do ticket companies add all these charges on top of ticket prices
We believe fans deserve a fair deal. It's something we've been committed to from day one - when we started selling tickets in 2006 e-tickets were our default option, reducing the often unnecessary need for posting tickets. Since then we've been committed to making things fairer, from allowing customers to buy face value tickets for sold out events off others (at no extra cost) via Re:Sell, to offering fee free tickets to loyal customers through our app. We also offer refunds for cancelled events.
If my plans change, I want more flexibility in returning or reselling my tickets
Plans change all the time, so we've developed ways to help you out. Cool:Off enables a 72 hour window for you to return your tickets with participating events for a refund, and Re:Sell gives you the chance to sell your tickets back to fans for sold out shows at no extra cost.

Cofounders Ben Sebborn and Richard Dyer started Skiddle in 2001 initially as a what's on guide, out of frustration for there not being enough online information for the events they love. Both gig promoters and big ravers, their passion for music events in the north of England and beyond formed the business' bedrock, quickly expanding across the UK and further a field.
In 2006 we started selling tickets, and in the decade since have become one of the UK's most loved ticketing services. We sell for all the big names, Reading & Leeds, Creamfields, Warehouse Project… even Rod Stewart (yep, he's still going…), but we're not a business that focuses solely on the well known brands. We love to get our hands dirty helping promoters grow boutique offerings, from intimate gigs and clubnights, through to grassroots festivals. Our staff are made up of an avid bunch of music fans, who are committed to making ticketing better.
