Unfortunately, we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent.
Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.
No, Inside Out is a non-camping festival but it is very close to Cardiff City Centre which has plenty of accommodation options available.
On foot - Bute Park has a number of entrances and is easily accessible from Cardiff City Centre.
By Car - There is no parking on site but there are parking facilities nearby, Sophia Gardens (CF11 9LJ), Castle Mews (CF10 3ER) and North Road (CF10 3EA).
By Bus - There are bus stops along Castle Street and North Road which are within walking distance of the park.
By Rail - Bute Park is approximately a 10 minute walk from Cardiff Central Station and 15 minute walk from Cardiff Queen Street - entry via the West Gate.
Inside Out is located in Bute Park which is near the centre of Cardiff.
Tickets for 2022 start from £35 for a standard ticket.
Yes, to attend Inside Out you must be at least 18 years old. It is advisable to carry photo ID with you at all times, particularly when buying alcohol.
No, payment plan tickets are not currently available for Inside Out 2022.
No, you cannot bring your own food and drink to the festival. On site there will be a number of bars selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as a variety of food vendors with all dietary requirements catered for.
