Travel sustainably with the UK's largest events travel company and purchase your return coach ticket in advance through our ticket section. You will receive your booking confirmation from Big Green Coach four weeks before the event. Pick up locations are as follows:

No, Restricted Forest is a non camping festival so camping equipment is not needed. They will be looking into this for the future years to come. 

Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent.

Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.

Restricted Forest is located on the outskirts of Liverpool. It takes 2 minutes from Formby and 20min from Liverpool Centre.

No, you are not allowed to bring your own food and drinks into Restricted Forest. There will be a variety of food and drink stalls inside the festival, including vegetarian and vegan options.

Restricted Forest gates open at 14:00 and Last entry is 16:00 and finishes at 23:00

Yes before the last entry. But you will need to go through the search system again.

No. Unless they are support dogs for deaf or blind.

You are inside a woodland so ground is likely to be uneven in areas, but Restricted Forest have done their best to make this as safe as possible with tracks running through the site. Suitable footwear is advised. 

No, due to health and safety, but there will be some seating areas throughout the site.
