The team behind one of the UK's most prolific underground music venues, Motion Bristol, have moved to quashed rumours of closure by revealing a jam-packed programme to mark the beginning of a new decade, featuring the likes of Chase & Status, Rudimental and Honey Dijon.

The beloved venue - voted 'Best Large Club' by DJ Mag in 2018 - had faced speculation over its future due to property development plans around its location on Avon Street. However, according to owners it's 'business as usual' as they prepare to welcome over 150 names from the realms of house, techno, disco, DnB and hip-hop.

Kicking off proceedings on Friday 24th January, premier hip-hop party-throwers Beat Horizon will takeover the club, throwing a one day, multi-room celebration featuring drum n bass pioneering Goldiealongside Wu-Tang Clan legend Raekwon, Talib Kweli, Roni Size, LTJ Bukem and more.

Revered Aussie-born DJ HAAi will return to Motion to curate her very own party, showcasing a four hour set from JD Twitch and JG Wilkes, collectively known as Optimowith support from Peach, Roi Perez and HAAi herself.
