Into The Woods Festival is held at Private Woodland, Bartestree, Hereford.

Into The Woods Festival is a strictly over 18's event - photocard ID will be required on entry.

Alcohol and food will not be allowed to enter the main festival site. Free drinking water is available in the main site, along with food vendors from morning til night and the festival bar running during the event hours.

Campsite Guests are allowed to bring in their own alcohol (for personal consumption in the camping fields) but limited to 8 cans per person, or 1 decanted bottle of wine.

As a small independent event, bar sales are essential to the event staying alive each year. This being said, there must be restrictions on how much alcohol is bought onto the campsite. There will be a wide variety of beers, ciders and spirits, as well as cocktails and CBD infused beer.

Searches will be thorough and consistent with these rules to ensure the rules are followed. 

• Illegal substances: - There is a zero tolerance on drugs/legal highs - Laughing gas is illegal and will not be tolerated
• Glass (of any kind)
• Any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon (including penknives and cutlery)
• Generators of any kind
• Fireworks / flares
• Smoke canisters
• Chinese or paper lanterns
• Klaxons / air horns / megaphones (or other similar items capable of making loud noise)
• Any animals (with the exception of assistance dogs, are not permitted at any time)
• Drones
• Large sound systems

SHUTTLE BUS

Local bus partner DRM will be providing a regular shuttle bus service between Hereford Bus Station the Woods entrance gate. We’d like to encourage all guests to travel by bus to reduce congestion and minimise the event carbon footprint. Timetable available soon.

The nearest train station is Hereford Station, which is a short few minutes walk away from the bus station. 

TAXIS & DROP-OFF

There will be a pick-up and drop-off zone at the site entrance for taxis and lifts if you prefer.

Anyone seeking to park on-site MUST purchase a parking pass. There will be very limited space. Parking passes will be available nearer the festival date.

Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent. Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.

Tickets must be purchased in advance to gain access to the site, scanned and exchanged for wristbands at the entrance trail.

Yes a campsite add-on is available for Into The Woods Festival with access to showers and WC facilities.

For safety reasons at Into The Woods Festival please refrain from lighting any naked fires or BBQ’s whilst on site. Anyone found doing otherwise will be asked to leave the event immediately. 

Yes! There are showers to use in the campsite free of charge for campsite pass holders. Please bring your own towel and toiletries. Please leave the showers as you would expect to find them, staff will manage the shower cubicles to ensure they are treated respectfully.
