Creamfields North festival

Skiddle guarantee that we have the lowest booking fees available for Creamfields North tickets. We are an official primary ticket outlet and all tickets are processed and dispatched by Skiddle direct to you. All our tickets are sold at face value and originate directly from the event organiser.

Are pre-payment plan tickets available?

Pre Payment tickets are not currently available. 

What happens If I bought a ticket and cannot attend?

Unfortunately we can’t issue you with a refund if you can’t make the event due to work commitments or your mates have dropped out. In these circumstances, we advise passing on your tickets privately to avoid losing out on the money spent.

Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed upon purchase.

How do I collect my ticket(s) on the day?

If you have to collect your tickets on site then please head to the relevant box office to collect. Day ticket holders collect at the NORTH box office. Weekend camping ticket holders collect at the SOUTH box office. Please ensure that you have a valid form of photo I.D. ready to show and your confirmation email which can be shown on your smartphone.

Do you offer international delivery on tickets?

Yes. When checking out please select 'international delivery' to ensure that your tickets are sent to you without delay. You will be sent a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Your tikcets will arrive no later than 48 hours before you're due to attend the fiirst day of the event and someone will need to sign for the delivery. Please note, international delivery may not be available to all countries. If we're unable to deliver to your address we will contact you to arrange a collection from the event box office.

By Car - You can reach the creamfields site easily by the signposts clearly marked. Creamfields is located close to Liverpool and Manchester. Please ensure taxi drivers follow the signs for drop-off and pick-up only.

By Creamfields Shuttle - The Creamfields shuttle bus service runs from Manchester, Liverpool and Warrington. The shuttle buses run throughout the day and night to and from the festival site.

By Rail - The closest train stations to Creamfields are Runcorn Station, Warrington Central, Warrington Bank Quay and Liverpool Lime Street. Shuttle buses run from Warrington, Liverpool and Manchester.
