We were given 2 free tickets for this event.We arrived at the venue at 6.50pm and stood in a queue.At 7.00pm a doorman announced the venue was full and we along with other people who had paid for their tickets were turned away.How can tickets be given and sold to people when the venue is full.I would like a explanation of this fiasco as it totally spoilt our last night of our visit to Liverpool
