I do understand that Revolutions has an additional feather to themselves by being open until late midnights yet that shouldn't give them the liberty to treat their guest like any less than them. We were there for a couple of drinks post midnight where we were charged for the entry and after which asked to leave due to a glitch in their own server on th app. It is not my fault of your app doesn't work and when the app is crashed you can't say it not the restaurants responsibility as you were the one who asked me to download and order on it at the entrance.

Even though the situation was not entirely under your control the way to talk to someone is always something you can and the whole bar team along with the manager didn't care to show any responsibility or respect in that

Overall even if I have to spend a pound in excess to take a cab to anywhere else for a couple of drinks post usual opening hours or not Revolution is not the place.

Review of Back to school kids disco!

Overall the children had fun however I checked before the event that it was for all ages, despite this the music was very loud and when I asked for it to be turned down slightly I was told to move away from the dance floor. The entertainer was great and really engaged the children however for £6 per ticket I would have expected the children to at least have access to a drink without having to pay extra. Great event for older children but not so much for the younger ones.

Review of The Bottomless Brunch - All Day Event !

I was absolutely disgusted with the service I recieved. I queued for 45 minutes to get my drink (the staff at the bar we’re serving everyone and then going back to the other side and completely ignoring me, despite the fact that they looked up and acknowledged me waiting there a handful of times) and when it was finally my turn, and group of girls pushed in front of me and I said I’ve been waiting ages only to be told “they looked at me first”. I was absolutely disgusted!! My partner had been sat by herself for 45mins whilst I was stood at bar. We then decided to leave the drinks and get some food from the buffet. That was a joke!!!! All there was available in this “buffet” was chips and crisps!!! So I paid £45 for us both to enter the club, not drink a thing and then eat crisps and chips?? We left before 5 because both of our experiences were ruined. I would not recommend an event like this to any of my friends. I usually choose revs as a go to on a fri/sat night but after the way the staff treated myself, I don’t think I will even come back at weekends anymore. Completely ruined experience and thoroughly disappointed. Will not recommend to anyone I know.
