Family Class on Saturday 11th May 2024
Description
In this special family class, we will explore a simple introduction to meditation and Buddhism by learning about the life of Buddha, receiving a simple explanation of the shrine, and learn how to deal with problems. All presented especially for children with simple meditations and activities. This class includes opportunities for refreshments and colouring.
- 2.30pm-3.30pm
Suitable for children aged 11 and under.
All children to be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst on the premises.
